What platforms do you offer web design for?
At the moment we offer web design for WordPress. We’re planning to expand this soon to include other platforms.
Will it be easy to update my new site?
Yes! We aim to make sure that your site is easy to update and will provide a tutorial and support afterward for any questions that you have.
We also have the option for website management if you’d prefer to outsource the management of your site.
What social media channels do you manage?
We’re able to manage a range of social media channels including, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and TikTok.
How much do your services cost?
Cost vary depending on the project. After an initial call discussing the aim and outcomes of your project, you’ll be send over a proposal which will include the cost.
What's the process for working with you?
All our clients follow the same process:
- A discovery call, where we’ll chat about your business, you goals and what you hope to achieve with the project.
- You’ll then receive a proposal, which will outline what was discussed in the discovery call, an initial project timeline and costs.
- Once you’re happy with this we’ll start the onboarding process where you’ll receive contracts to sign, a questionnaire to gain some deeper insights into your business and industry and access to your client portal.
